A). REGULATION OF DEVELOPMENT

1. CLASSIFICATION:

- Participants in the "TFC" will came from the official national fishing championships
sport, like: spinning, carp, fly and stationary (I seat occupants);
- As such, will have four competitors for national teams, and two reserves (for
predators
= spinning + fly , for peaceful fish = carp + station) that will alternate as such
of origin (1 year = spinning + carp, 2nd year = spinning + stationary, 3rd
year = fly + carp, 4th year = fly + stationary) and will come from two places, in the
case of The carp can access the reserve tie or other concurrent participant who
fall in Regulation "TFC"
- Because the carp, usually competing team will receive those aged : between22 -
55ani (official limits of the age "TFC"-turned on the same day
commencement of that edition) the selection is done according to age, and will
the older ones first, recognition of effort to reach the
highest competitive level and experience sportive fisheries in the broadest
field (still taking into account the rules "TFC");
- All competitors must know to swim,and of the course knowing to give
first aid in case of emergency: accident or disease;
competitors are not admitted with chronic diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, gall or
rinchi and or those with mental illness or drug addict on;
- All competitors "TFC" will be tested to the Medical and Anti-Doping in the day before
the competition and
in case of suspicion and during competition or after the respective session;
- Competitors,on each level will be informed staff "TFC" at least 15 days
day before the start of that edition, with all the necessary information, only admitting
justified exceptions (until day before commencement edition);
- In "TFC" may participate in the cup everyone, regardless of sex, race, religion or
nationality, but citizens of a country that the team is concerned, except
(Proven) a racist, chauvinistic, extremists and those with criminal record for acts
or deliberately committed violence;
2). SCORE

- Will point out all the catches of target-fish/level who sign up to the minimum
dimension provided by the legislation of the country which lies track
tanand proof that competition and explicit account of the specifications / sample of
Regulation "TFC"
- Cup podium "TFC" will be held, in descending order, the teams with the
larger amounts of fish caught, will be awarded with the cup, and the first
3teams after them ;
3). LOCATION

- we will make a "Top 10" of the most famous fishing spots on the globe: type
fishing (ice, spinning, carp + inpatient and fly) and target over the sample;
- Will be chosed the best fishing spots so that density
species-target/level and existing infrastructure is in a better area
development for "TFC".
4). DURATION OF DEVELOPMENT

- 1 year = 4 seaseonsof the year;
- Frequency = once every two years;
- The evidence, as specified by regulation "TFC"
- Clasifications = in the year prior edition "TFC" question.
5). ARBITRATION

- Chieef-referees/levels designated by the "TFC"- administrative board and referees
from local sport fishing federations designated by the host country track
competition;
- And the latter may come from: former national champions fishing, presidents
the federation in the field of fishing clubs and associations, licensed guides in the
field,
rangers and other authorities and fishermen with honors and recognized by
local fishing community sports;
6). WINNING SPECIES

• TEETH-FISH:

-Freshwater: Pike, bass, catfish, walleye, huck, eel, trout, salmon, perch;
-Salt water: marlin, tarpon, bass wreck, barracuda, tuna, blue fish, eel, salmon, sea
trout(ocean);
• DOMESTIC FISH:

-Carp and: plaice, roach, crucian carp, tench, roach, lay, sun perch.
7). GENERAL CONDITIONS

- All need to provided medical and rescue teams;
- Fish will be kept in proper conditions of storage (bags for capture made in fiber-not metal)received the mattres (for fish larger than 2kg) and disinfected prior to release, which will be after the end of hose (less than ocean fish, which will be released immediately after measurements but on the race track) to avoid frightening the rest of the possible capture of the ford in question;
- Any more (points according to rules "TFC") bitten-fish before the final whistle (after the official timer of the organizers / judges "TFC") that will be pointed the hose with one condition: that competitor drill to be run by an active and energetic, not "walk" fish caught for hours, to her capture such as life threatening, the large fish, where the drill exceeds 90min., by one who has stung the fish, in case of physical exhaustion competitor is allowed catcher's replacement with another (all catcher) in the team, but both!-fishing and no automatic tools!

- Allowed personal bait, attractant, dip’s, as preferred natural baits (the samples of carp and stationary as proprietary techniques (but legal and regulation "TFC");
- In case of bad weather that could endanger participants life in the "TFC" or the smooth operation (under the proposed conditions) of the cup, you can postpone until conditions of competition will be in optimal conditions;
- Any fishing gear, accessories or vehicles that fail can be replaced in the official time limit for active probe;
- Catcher competitors sick at the moment (indigestion, bad high, high, accidents) can be replaced by a helper (of the same kind fisherman: Spinning + fly, carp + station) to return, and in severe cases, one of reserves (in the same conditions as above);
- Competition antidopping found positive controls will be removed from competition and replaced by a spare and quantity of fish (if he got to participate in any sample) canceled and will not compete in next 3 ,,TFC" editions,even if they change his nationality!
- But if there is found posititve a second member of the team,then his team will be disqualified from that edition, and the team of that country will can not participate in the next edition "TFC" and forced to pay damages to the organizers' TFC "with amounts to be determined depending on the time of deployment" TFC "to be found;
- is forbidden teams insults,personal insults, physical aggression between members participating teamurilor "TFC" or at their organizers as well as obscene gestures or slanderous denunciations (and false) racist remarks, chauvinistic or religiously offensive;
- In such cases, the administrative council of the "TFC" will analyze the facts, and, depending on their severity, will have sanctions ranging from written warnings and minus-points to fines and disqualifications;
- Is banned by organizers "TFC" to port during the entire competition firearms or weapons of white such as spears, bows with arrows, crossbows, axes, even luggage!

- Salt Water:
• 1level of 6h/pointing species;
• The same conditions as the sample spinning on freshwater fish + net for pull-up big
fish.

will fish 2h on sector, depending how many concurrent are,fishing,sector will rotate
to gain access to all competitors;
- Each level will take place in two rounds schedules: morning = H06 #> 10;
# Night = H14> 18;
- rods,reels (manual!), lines and flies = at choice.
* STITCHES (January + February + March)

*CARP (January):
- 1level of 7h = 08> 15, but you can do-it 2 ,if no. of trades and teams require (the same
conditions, including the weather!)
- 4catchers x 1rod for each x 1rig;
- stands are drawn by lot;
- minimum-weight = 1kg/catch.;
- no. stitches / stand = on discretion, but without life-threatening to competitors, referees
and organizers;
- bait = 4kg/team,rig-bait =at choice;
- sonar and hand-hook=free, grip is allowed;
- allowed the team-helping in extracting the largest catches (even widening stitches);
- for ice-cutters will have a diameter of 20cm.
*STATIONARY (February):
- 1level of 7h= 08> 15;
- stitches at discretion, but safe;
- 4kg. bait / team, rig-bait of choice;
- minimum-size of fish is 15cm, measured from snout tip wool at the tail of fish;
- ice-cutters = 15cm diameter;
- sonar and hand-hook=free, admits to grip;
- depending on the track and no. teams can organize another round of the same
- conditions (including weather!).
*RAPTORS (March):
- 1 level of 7h = 08> 15;
- 4catchers/team x 1rod with a needle (not trineedles!) and strings (optional: steel, Kevlar,
wolfram or special mono);
- live bait or artificial and allowed attractant (liquid form) on live bait or stright in
stitches;
- allows the help from team only if required stitches widening for a great catch;
- ice-cutters diameter = 17.5 cm.
B). Media, sponsors, ADVERTISING

1. TV + Internet + radio + print media:
- Live transmission rights and credentials of the specialist press reporters will hold auctions / edition.
2. Sponsors:
- the main sponsor for the title of auction will be held in each edition;
- also, by category, gears (bat + reel), accessories, equipment, human + encampment,
bait + bait, sonar, nadir boats, fishing boats, transport means auto-allroad/offroad,
communication (radio and telephone stations satellite) will submit bids by all
manufacturers in the respectively who want to get involved in world-class event!
3. Advertising:
- Average auction winners will negotiate with the organizers "TFC" shared

- C.C. will be composed of permanent representatives of companies that will win
auctions organized by the founder of "TFC" every 8 years (4 editions "TFC") with a
company specialized (auction house);
- each member of C.C. the "TFC" will represent each category as follows:
* Sticks + reels manufacturers,
* Equipment + fishing encampament,
* Accessories
* Bait additives, attractive, and dipuri bait needle,
* Inflatable nadir,
* Fishing boats,
* Sonar
* Communication equipment;
-C.C. will appoint a permanent staff, which will be established on these
departments:
* Acts, arbitration, federations + contact authorities,
* Equipment + baits / lures, various equipment and prizes from sponsors,
* Accommodation, food, local transport / international competition and,
* + Employees own personal = location / issue;
- race-tracks and they will be chosen by CC the "TFC" under section 3 in A;
- C.C. the "TFC" with the founder of two sessions ordinary each (and special
whenever needed) to improve overall annual "TFC" in this
direction by supporting and organizing effective actions to green water (in general) and
tracks of competition (in particular) and also popular with the target species and among
those threatened with extinction, and protect them (by all legal means) in
collaboration with local authorities and NGOs and international institutions;
- Also, C.C. the "TFC" with the president-founder, will designate the location
headquarter of the "TFC".
2. PERMANENT STAFF

Elected department heads, besides the DC Cup "TFC" will be provided (contract) the specialized services of a lawyer, financial expert, accountant, IT-ist and a professional meteorologist;
-Permanent staff "TFC" will organize and ensure the smooth running of the Cup (in

and national authorities from the point of view the countries in whose territory will take place during
"TFC"): Inland, international and team-sites
on race tracks, accommodation, feeding and medical checks and tests
antidopping, as SIA arbitration files a contest, ranking the evidence and
general / final and ensuring local technical support: guides, boat drivers (where
applicable) nostroms, including insurance for bait. competitors and baits for
action required by them in the contest (except their own specially designed and made
team's) for fish samples so peacefully, and for the predator.

sports, organized for the designation "BEST TOTALLY FISHERMENS"!
- "TFC" will work with anyone (individual + employers) and any institution (authority +
NGOs + Sport federations or associations) that are interested in involvement in this
contest, World, established under bilateral: owner / founder + CC and third parties;
You have legal status, bank account, permanent, employees, collaborators;
- Coproprety of the brand "TFC" + regulation and all its gains back the brand owner
"TFC" is my daughter (with the right to exercise increased, under certain conditions,
stipulated in a separate codicil to be annexed later to ISO certificates M + ORDA).
2. Final clauses:

-Any amendment to the concept "TFC" (at the suggestion of CC or other collaborators,
the permanent staff or authorities involved) is subject to approval of
trademark owner, founder of "TFC";
- percentage to be granted for founder of "TFC" from the total net earnings
directly generated from the development and collateral Cup "TFC" will be 25% and
has non-negotiable and final character!
- all changes to the present concept of the "TFC"(REGISTERED CONCEPT!)
automatically become property of intellectual founder of the concept "TFC"
